- Refunds and Returns Policy
We support a full replacement policy on any damaged goods. Although extreme care is taken to ensure that backing tracks are in perfect condition when dispatched
in the event of goods arriving damaged, “Backingtracksmusic.com" will provide a full replacement if the goods are returned promptly and proved to be defective in any way. Damaged tracks will only be exchanged for the same title. Due to the special digitised nature of our products and the ease with which they can be duplicated, refunds are only given if it is proved that the goods have not been delivered. Also in case of cancellation or suspension of your account, damage, destruction or loss of your Products, refunds will not be applicable.

- Digital Delivery (Downloading)
The Website supplies tracks which are downloadable in file format. Use your personal login and password to access the download area.
The download link is valid until the download is recorded and finished and will remain for at least 48 hours from the time of the first complete download. Customers who fail to download purchases within this time period will be required to re-order at the prices set out in our current price list.
Recisio recommends Windows XP or higher, Internet Explorer 6+, or Mozilla Firefox to download purchases and cannot offer support for any other platforms or third party software.
- Account cancellation
“Backingtracksmusic.com" may inactivate, without notice or allowance, your account in case of violation by you of these general conditions, of nonpayment by you of the due sums or other acts against WWW.BACKINGTRACKSMUSIC.COM 's interests.
