Q. When will I get my backing tracks after I purchase them?<\/p>\n

A. Immediately. As soon as you purchase your tracks, you\u2019ll receive an email with download links to those tracks.<\/p>\n

Q. I lost my tracks somehow; can I re-download them?<\/p>\n

A. Of course. If you need to re-download your tracks for any reason, you can sign into your account and re-download from your product list. If you did not create an account when you purchased your tracks, let us know and we\u2019ll take care of you. We want you to be happy!<\/p>\n

Q. Is it possible to get my backing tracks as mp3s instead of CD quality .wav files?<\/p>\n

A. Yes. If you would prefer high-quality mp3s (320kbs) instead of CD quality .wav files, please contact us here. We\u2019ll tell you how to get them.<\/p>\n

Q. Can I use these tracks on my gigs?<\/p>\n

A. Yes, please do; that\u2019s why we created these backing tracks in the first place \u2013 to use on gigs.<\/p>\n

Q. Can I video myself playing over your tracks and put it on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.?<\/p>\n

A. Yes, we encourage you to do that \u2013 it\u2019s a lot of fun. All we ask is that you give us a nod by putting a link to backingtracks.pro in your post. Also, if you\u2019ll send us a link to your video we\u2019ll include it on our Customer Video page.<\/p>\n

Q. Is there sheet music available for your backing tracks?<\/p>\n

A. Yes, you can buy and download the exactly score that fix with your backing track. For your instrument (C clef, Eb or Bb transport, or F clef).<\/p>\n

Q. Is it possible to get one of your backing tracks in a different key?<\/p>\n

A. No. Well, yes, but probably not. Most of these songs are pretty well set in stone as far as key goes, but it doesn\u2019t hurt to ask. You can use the contact page.<\/p>\n

 Q. Is it possible to get a custom edit for one of your backing tracks?<\/p>\n

A. That is sometimes doable. If it\u2019s quick and easy, we\u2019ll do if for free. If it takes some time, we may charge you for it. You can use the contact page to ask about that.<\/p>\n

Q. Are your tracks suitable for vocalists?<\/p>\n

A. Our tracks are designed for instrumentalists and usually include solo sections and other elements that might not usually be found in tracks specifically designed for vocalists. However, we have sold a lot of tracks to vocalists who love performing with them. Also, if you purchase a track that you enjoy but would like, for example, a solo section edited out, we can sometimes do that. You can use the contact page to ask us about that.<\/p>\n
